How to get help with my anxiety?

People with anxiety have symptoms ranging from not being able to focus, not feeling comfortable in social situations (where they used to be okay), headaches, hypertension, fatigue, heart palpitations, and sexual dysfunction.  Some people suffer in silence and others end up in the ER because they think they are having a heart attack.
