How Do I Help My Child When Their Other Parent Died?

It’s getting to be the holiday season and it is especially hard when someone that you know has passed away.  When that person is your child’s other parent, it can be doubly devastating.  Not only are you dealing with your own feelings of loss, but you are now having to be there for your child(ren).  Sometimes it’s a good thing that you have your children (many people who lose their spouse say that they keep going because of their children).  It might be horrible because you don’t get to focus on yourself.  Please watch this video as I talk about how to help your children through this difficult time.
