There are so many pressures on people normally, but COVID has increased people’s stress significantly. Additionally, people’s normal coping skills are gone. People who used to go get coffee with a friend, go to a mall, go to see a movie, go to the gym, or take a yoga class can’t access their usual “go to” activities that would help them relax, de-stress and feel good. Couples are fighting more often, kids are struggling without seeing their friends, and families are under more stress than ever before.
